Top Bar Labels Are Being Overridden

Description

When selecting a timeline item that triggers the sidebar to open, all labels in the top bar are incorrectly replaced with the text “Close selection.”

Expected behavior:
Each top bar icon should retain its proper tooltip/label (e.g., “Coming Soon,” “Redo,” “Undo,” etc.) rather than being overridden.

This issue causes confusion for users, as the icons lose their contextual meaning and appear to all perform the same action, impacting usability and workflow efficiency.

Reproduction

1. Open a Cap/Recording.
2. Select a timeline item to open the sidebar panel.
3. Hover over any top bar icon (e.g., Redo, Undo, etc.).
4. Observe that all tooltips now display “Close selection” instead of their correct labels.
