Build script to deploy to play.cardshifter.com

Similar to how the main repo has gradlew snapshot which builds project, zips specific files, and uploads to cardshifter.com/releases, it would be useful to add a command such as npm run deploy or something, that could package things up correctly and upload to play.cardshifter.com (assuming you have the authorization configured up somewhere). Extra plus if it would be possible to perform a HTTP request to the bot Duga to make her post a message to chat, informing about the update.

Looking at package.json...

It seems as though we could add "deploy" to this. However, I'm not quite sure how it was deployed in the first place, so I wouldn't know what to put there.

I don't think the Git Push thingy is the correct solution. https://www.npmjs.com/package/ftp-deploy might be a good solution, perhaps together with https://www.npmjs.com/package/copy-files .

I think we should still implement this as a script, just let Travis run it automatically. For easiest integration the FTP credentials should be given to the script through environment variables.

The files in html-client/dist should be uploaded to /assets
The files in html-client/www should be uploaded to /

I've created a deployment script that's capable of uploading the contents of dist/ and www/ as specified. It may also be able to get Duga to post a chat message, though I haven't been able to test this.

@Zomis I think it's ready to be tested. There's a how-to in the script comments.

I tested the Duga code with a local echo server. This is how the request looks:
