- Create "unlockers" for smart contract functions - Create "unlockers" for P2PKH inputs - Add TransactionBuilder that can: - add inputs (+ their unlockers & potential sequence numbers) - add outputs (regular and op_return) - set locktime - set a max fee as a safety feature - build & send the transaction - Add some tests, still need more
