Caspian Emulator 0.2.1 — Windows SDK setup fix

Caspian Emulator 0.2.1 is out with a critical fix for Windows users.

If you hit "SDK setup failed: spawn EINVAL" when downloading the Android SDK, this release fixes it.

• Fixed .bat file execution on Windows (sdkmanager, avdmanager)
• AVD creation and system image listing now work correctly on Windows
