Not much more than a glorified shuttle

The blockade runner carries no shuttles of its own. Instead it can operate within atmosphere at ease and land where other shuttles can land.

When you return to a civilized settlement you've visited before, tell the GM when you were last there. They'll tell you how it's changed since.
