@futa-ikeda Is out and I need to move forward. I am going to merge this based on his recommendations earlier. If there are issues, I will solve them in the next 30+ PR coming down the pipe. |

Purpose
To stub out the initial state machine parent container. This is part 1 of 4.
Summary of Changes
Added a state machine component and two dummy component containers for the left navigation and right action container.
