How can I start implementation of OCCP-2.0.1

Hi,
I am interested in OCPP and have read the document:

I want to start implementation of OCPP2.0.1 server (CSMS) ,but I don't know how to start it.
I found an example ,but it is OCPP1.6.

Could you give me some example of OCPP2.0.1 server APPs?
