Fix dyadic covariate effect mapping and CSV labels

Corrected the mapping of dyadic covariate effects in getEffects to ensure all relevant combinations are included. The substitution logic had been plugging in behaviour dependent variables where network dependent variables were desired. Faulty loop logic was responsible.

Updated allEffects.csv to fix swapped variable placeholders in two effect labels for consistency and accuracy.
