Fixes #3
Implements the NDWI indices of lmc and wc with Level 2 band corrections in issue #3 using the rasterio library, the Landsat 8 dataset provided and generated the images for the same indices.
The NDCI which required Red Edge 1 band and the Red band. The Red band is B4, so not found any suitable band for the Red Edge 1.
