HELP .. Can't find pc server after upgrading to Windows 11, works before with Windows 10

PLEASE HELP...
before I used Apollo 3.4 and moonlight on Windows10 it works and now I must update to Windows 11,
now my PC NOT FOUND or add manually the pc IP,
I already done:

• reinstall the Apollo to ver 0.4.6
• test in moonlight ios device and also try moonlight + artemis in android devices
• port in/outbound on windows firewall, also turn off the firewall
• windows network private/public already try it
• also the Tailscale VPN tested with ios also android client, and still cant find the pc or manually add the IP
• now using nvidia apps 11.0.6 in my windows 11 before I was using nvidia experience checked the shield at windows 10

STILL CANT FIND MY PC
please someone can help me? I'm stuck here T_T

Have you tried using a mobile hotspot?

did you mean I turn on mobile hotspot on some phone and connect all to the mhotspot wifi the pc and the client?
