Update Automatic Idling #3041
Description
Add below comment to automatic-idling:
The service does not wake up to perform refreshes of refreshable materialized views, or consumption from S3Queue, or schedule new merges. It will take some time to finish existing merges before going idle.
If you need continuous operation of refreshable materialized views or S3Queue, you should disable idling.
