Update Teleport Logo and Link

Summary

This PR updates the Teleport Logo, switches it to the new design and a SVG. The link to docs is also updated, as this page was 404 due to a recent docs re-org.

This shouldnt have been merged. It has a failing docscheck which then broke the build. Reverted @benarent please re-raise.
