Integrations: improvements to in page versioning

Summary

Adds a <Version> component. Versions content will now be stored in a single page rather than in snippets so that the content shows in the table of contents in the right sidebar.
The versions component then hides the TOC items of the versioned page which is not currently selected.

Caveat: all headers on a page must be unique for this to work correctly (which was not the case with the snippets)
