DEV - Structure backend grant data for dashboard usage #162
Description
Description: To build the dashboard page, we will need to structure grant data from the backend to make it usable for the charts and other visualizations. The goal of this ticket is to implement a way to structure that data, and if time permits, test it by creating a mockup chart on the dashboard page.
