Description

Some of the Navigation Panel icons description is currently using a placeholder of three dots (...) and needs to be filled

Hover over navigation items

Expected behavior

To preview the description of the hovered on item

Since the panels are not yet implemented I just added … as description for now.

@lukepistrol Should we disable the icon buttons entirely then? The same applies across the app, anything that is non-functional at the moment.

Disable - yes I'm for that. But we should not remove them.

Just add the .disabled modifier
