User Story

As an end user
I'd like to have a full data set to query
So that I can use this system as intended.

Acceptance Criteria

• sequelize seeders written for all available data
• if available seed the dev or prod db's.
• ONLY THE SEEDER scripts merged to master, NOT the data

The data for this work cannot be pushed to git.

The ability for the app to seed and associate is here, but the real data seeding will not go into the repo. This issue isn't closed, but functionally this is ready.
