Brief Explanation

A competency ledger on a private blockchain network of schools for awarding badges and certificates to students can remain decentralized in the private blockchain network of schools and will always be one source of truth for authenticity.

Features to be Implemented

1. • Use Web3 SDK/APIs to be able to communicate with any blockchain networks
   • Able to set up a private blockchain and implement transferring, mining, and making transactions on the blockchain network
   • Persist transactions on the network
   • Implement transaction logic for successful mining, and
   • Possibly a simple UI for demonstration.

Expected Results

A Distributed web3 service to be able to create and distribute NFTs to the added network of contacts.
