Build out the goal card views on the dashboard

should conform to this spec: https://github.com/CodePath-MAF/SharedAssets/blob/master/iOS/_reference/02_Dashboard_revised.png

stretch goal:
dragging to the right should trigger a green card view displaying, which will expand out into the "add goal" view, very similar to interactions with mailbox etc, where you pull to the right to expose some action
