- Adjusted to `.gitignore` to ignore Jekyll built `_site` directory (Site is build by GitHub Pages) - Added Jekyll layout files for a default page layout and posts - Adjusted index.html to show new posts like a blog and display a pagination if there are more than five pages - Added Jekyll `_config.yml`; Containing markdown renderer, permalink structure, description, etc.

I removed the local font files (using the standard link tag now). Also I updated the logo and the favicon to the recent versions. Suggestions are welcome.
Also I moved the whole thing to Jekyll. This enables the community to just write new posts in Markdown like they're used to from the Stack Exchange sites anyway. (Bonus: Fenced code blocks!)
