Description

This PR adds a new term entry for .nextafter() as part of the PyTorch tensor operations concepts. It creates the file docs/content/pytorch/concepts/tensor-operations/terms/nextafter/nextafter.md as requested.

The new entry includes:

• An introduction to the torch.nextafter() function.
• A syntax section with parameters.
• A runnable Codebyte example demonstrating its use.
