widgets edit break customizer

@rodica-andronache If I try to change the title of a widget in our title the customizer is broken after, I can't scroll the site, can you check ?

Looks like everything is frozen for few minutes, after it works

I think the solution is to have selective refresh implemented for widgets content as well : https://make.wordpress.org/core/2016/03/22/implementing-selective-refresh-support-for-widgets/, like we do for other elements.

yeah , it's not breaking the site, it's just loading slower. It would be a good idea to add that selective refresh

ok we can work on those, theme is very important and probably will take
some time until we will refactor everything.
