You're right - we don't need the specific fix. But the workflow sitll keeps failing. So I'll use this PR to fix the underlying issue stopping the tutorials' workflow from completing. |

This PR fixes MedCAT v1 tutorials workflow.
They are failing because a major update to
ipykernelis causing some kind of stall. So the PR pinsipykernel<7to fix the issue.
