The second pre-release

• Revised the main README.md and fixed a lot of typos and inaccuracies; also added more content (Add more documenation #2).
• Added unit tests to the modules in the Chilli library.
• Added a few use case examples (Add more examples #1).
• Fixed a lot of bugs and also revised parts of the code to cover for edge cases.
• Added support for automatically adding the --version flag.
• Added support for reading environment variables for option values.
• Made the logo a bit yellowish.
• Added support for floating-point values.
• Added support for positional arguments.
• Added documentation to the modules in the library (Add more documenation #2).
