New Features

Bug Fixes

  • With disableHtmlInput (the default), user input reaches the endpoint as typed minus HTML tags, so foo & bar no longer arrives as foo & bar and Trigger Intent buttons containing & match again — #337

Note: in that mode, user messages are now rendered as plain text, live and when replayed from history, so quick-reply labels containing HTML appear as text in the user's bubble. HTML mode (disableHtmlInput: false) is unchanged.

Accessibility

  • Screen readers announce user messages containing & or < as characters ("foo & bar") instead of entity names — #337
