  • Document 0.2.0 tools: structural search, time-travel diff, safe refactor Adds the CodeGraph-vs-Other-Tools page and the search/diff/refactor command docs, bumps the MCP tool list to 20 tools (structural_search, time_travel_diff, plan_rename), and refreshes Home, Querying, Extraction, Output Formats, and the sidebar to match.
