1. The checkpoint doesn't download
2. No mention of where the image with the mask (to be edited) is downloaded to. Thus it will be difficult to edit other images outside the tutorial.

For me it also can't be downloaded from Comfy UI, but link in this tutorial works https://huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/stable_diffusion_2.1_repackaged/resolve/main/512-inpainting-ema.safetensors
