Description
Describe the bug
When using an image, and disabling a SettingsCard/Expander, the image does not lower its transparency. It's expected, but looks off.
Steps to reproduce
- Set a SettingsCard with a BitmapIcon as its HeaderIcon
- Disable the SettingsCard
Expected behavior
The image should have a lower opacity so it looks disabled
