0.7.3: Better Scholz2015GeometryPath rendering, nicer windows installation, bugfixes

0.7.3 is a minor release that improves the rendering and interaction behavior of Scholz2015GeometryPath, gives the Windows .msi installer a fancier banner, fixes a few bugs, and ensures that osc.exe can be run on a blank Windows installation (versions 0.7.0 to 0.7.2 assumed a Visual C++ runtime was installed on the machine).
