Multiple resolution/pixel-size data sets

Looking at 10063 (which is of interest in the Cn project), I see that their picked particles are coming at multiple image scales.

Currently we can definitely load them individually and make a consistent set via preprocessing then aggregate into a new source.

I'm not sure if #735 and #322 already manage this, or allow us to handle it cleanly. First task would be to test that, then make a plan (or close if I'm just not aware we have this functionality already).

Could you elaborate on this? Are we talking about multiple image sizes, multiple pixel sizes, or both?
