Unity 2022.3.53f1c1 Stuck at Domain Step on ARM-based MacBook, Throws SecureChannelFailure Error #119

My ARM architecture MacBook encountered an error when opening the version compiler with Unity, getting stuck in the domain step. After waiting for a long time, it displayed: Failed to ensure server installation: Error: SecureChannelFailure (Remote prematurely closed connection.)

macOS Version: Sonoma 15.4.1 (ARM64 architecture, MacBook Pro with m3 max with 36gb ram)
Unity Version: 2022.3.53f1c1 (installed via Unity Hub, all default modules)
Project Type: Brand new empty project (created via Unity Hub, no custom scripts or third-party plugins added/installed).

I have been stuck in the completing domain step for a long time, and previous versions did not have this issue
