Clear support for WindSurf

As title says. Me is windsurf user but finding it hard to use this MCP in this client.

Windsurf has admittedly been finnicky with MCP servers:

• Configure the MCP client
• Restart Windsurf
  • This isn't necessary, but when I change configs I feel like the IDE properly picks it up after a restart
• Enable MCP servers
• Enjoy
