"Python Server Status" in MCP Editor Window not update

After the refactor the area below is not updated anymore:

I suppose we can remove it since it does not provide any info now (python server part is up to MCP Client) or add it back

Fixed in PR #87, changed to check for install status as the MCP Client actually manages activating and shutting down the server.
