Narrow the scope of modelling models and engines to those used to robot control

We could take the usage viewpoint systematically, to define semantics for models and engines used in autonomous control.
I create this issue to see if my ideas some time ago to create an ontology about controllers can help here identify the properties we need to model about modelets and engines, since their ultimate use is auotnomous control.
