Summary of Changes

Hello @AayushTyagi1, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request introduces a new utility to monitor the health and service status of a Couchbase cluster. It enables users to retrieve comprehensive information about running services, their endpoints, connection states, and latency, offering both real-time and cached perspectives depending on whether a specific bucket is targeted. This enhancement provides valuable insights into the operational state of the cluster.

Highlights

  • New Cluster Health Tool: Introduced a new tool, get_cluster_health_and_services, to retrieve comprehensive health status and service information for a Couchbase cluster.
  • Dual Monitoring Modes: The tool supports two modes: an active ping-based check for real-time, bucket-specific service health, and a diagnostics-based check for a faster, cached cluster-wide overview.
  • Detailed Service Information: Provides granular details for each service endpoint, including remote and local addresses, latency (in microseconds), connection state, and namespace.
  • Tool Integration and Documentation: The new health tool is integrated into the src/tools module and its availability is documented in the README.md file.

I think this belongs better with the server tools. You can move the utilities to utils/health.py
