4.0.4

Consume SDK 5.5.1 so tracked creative assignments retain their authorized project, team and task context when the native conversation handler runs. Naomi can read the project already supplied by the Director instead of asking for it again.

Creative direction remains distinct from hiring, budgets, project setup, technical execution and build-runner administration.

4.0.3

  • Preserve supporting observations in an accepted creative review instead of rejecting its findings array.
  • Required changes or Director escalation still prevent acceptance; independent review and exact evidence bindings remain in force.

4.0.2

  • Preserve creative rework that also needs Director direction, including findings and required changes.
  • Keep independent acceptance strict while allowing the manager to resolve authority questions without blocking the review protocol.

4.0.1

  • Keep pre-production creative reviews scoped to planning evidence; defer playable-build and playtest evidence to delivery gates.
  • Resolve creative questions through the Video Game Director before any CEO escalation.
  • Preserve exact revision review, independent acceptance and SDK interaction policies.

Creative Director 4.0.0

Manager-only onboarding, project-scoped GDD authorship, exact creative reviews and explicit independent author review. Uses SDK interaction modes and coordination; no CEO onboarding or hiring authority.

Fresh-business role boundary release. Install the coordinated Director, Creative Director, Producer and Technical Director releases through Installed Agents. Existing businesses are not migrated. SDK 5.5.0 supplies interaction policies, coordination, delegation and work tracking.

3.0.0

Moves game ownership, hiring plans, pitch approval and Producer supervision to the Video Game Director. Keeps GDD creation, creative direction, creative work and scoped status evidence. This is a fresh-install breaking role split.

Deploy using a published release and Installed Agents. No installed package or runtime state is patched.

2.1.11

Project-bound staffing/brief coordination and production commitments now read the exact authenticated Workstream state, including before a team board exists. Conversation reads follow the promoted project index instead of reopening the old intake snapshot.

Delayed intake writes and conflict retries cannot replace a created project's portfolio route with an intake route. Accepted direction, exact brief review, assigned Producer, project/team checks and staffing approval remain required. Update through the published release and Installed Agents flow, then retry the retained blocked collaboration and affected production commitment.

2.1.10

  • Include verified completed integration and independent QA command evidence in planning decisions, bound to the correct board, repository and exact candidate commit.
  • Maintain a durable planning follow-up linked to the actual project decision. Pending decisions, evidence requests and unanswered replacements cannot complete the card.
  • Resume evidence-request decisions when newly completed evidence arrives, with stable evidence fingerprints and governed supersession.
  • Wake planning follow-ups from current decision and project work events, with bounded review recovery and idempotent queue effects.
  • Consume SDK 5.3.1 so incident recovery cards remain in progress until authoritative incident resolution.
  • Request read-only work.orchestration.read at team scope to inspect independent execution evidence; existing authority gates still govern decisions.

2.1.9

  • Suggest Chromium-only verification in web-game pitches and production-brief refinement. Preserve requested responsive behavior and explicit owner requirements without inventing cross-browser or real-device certification.

2.1.8

Fix project setup and Producer documentation handoff failing with “stateKey is too long.”
Project identity inference now uses SDK 5.3.0's bounded key builder for its accepted result and
provider/model-specific attempt cache. Existing accepted identities retain their exact keys;
changing the model can retry failed inference without changing accepted project identity.

Pitch decision fingerprints use a separate SHA-256 digest instead of reusing the state key, so
valid state keys also respect the narrower fingerprint limit. Agent tests now enforce the shared
platform operating-state rules, covering long model names, configuration changes, replay and
existing accepted-key compatibility.

Update Naomi through Installed Agents. No new capabilities, grants or configuration are required.
The platform source also adopts the shared SDK schemas/validation; this agent fix produces keys
compatible with the existing platform limits and does not require widening database columns.
