Adding websocketpp library to allow sending JSON live updates to web wallet API server. Currently, sends inbox/outbox messages that I will soon hook up to the web wallet UI.
Uses
webwalletflag to decide whether enable or not the websocket server so shouldn’t affect other types of nodes
