feat: Support basic CycloneDX 1.7 #901

goal:
- update existing enums to support new values form CDX 1.7
- update normalizers/serializers to support CDX 1.7
- update denormalizers/deserializers to support CDX 1.7
- update validators to support CDX 1.7
it is not intended to add further functionality - this may happen in a later iteration - see #903
