This PR aims to make tacopie optional such that people using their own library can setup their own network module if they want to, using a provided interface (
cpp_redis::network::tcp_client_iface).More information about that will be added to the documentation.
Moreover, the install_deps.sh script has been removed to be integrated into the CMakelists.txt.
This change has little impact has it was only used for development purpose.
