Standardize format for subclasses of RTDCBase

Implement these properties/methods for all formats:

• identifier
• __hash__
• title
• path
• format (dict, tdms, hdf5, hierarchy)

And

• make them compatible with ShapeOut analysis (dump,load,title,...)
