OpenCode Android v4.0.0-beta.10 (Next)

Beta 10 removes the fallback panel from the Next line.

• The app now opens straight into the chat: a single splash while the agent starts, with no "Server closed / Start and open" panel at any point.
• If the agent does not answer, the splash says so, offers Retry, and keeps retrying on its own after 3, 5, 10, 20 and 30 seconds.
• The chat is the only screen; the server starts and the page reloads automatically when you open the app.
• Verified on a rooted test Android 15 arm64 device: cold start with the server stopped goes from the splash to the chat, with no panel.
