Inline comments in queries not being parsed out

Sample query:

SELECT * FROM users
WHERE id = sqlc.arg(user_id) -- this is a comment
LIMIT 1;

Will result in an invalid query in the generated C# code, since comment will be included.

Tested with:

• sqlc-gen-csharp: v0.21.0
• sqlc: v1.29.0

this kind of comment in SQL indeed results in an invalid query, because it's an "rest of the line" kind of comment.
Having the comment like this instead works:

SELECT * FROM users
WHERE id = sqlc.arg(user_id) /* this is a comment */
LIMIT 1;

This doesn't occur in the golang/python equivalent generators, because they maintain newlines in the query strings.

But this isn't a noteworthy issue, since I can use block comments instead of inline ones going forward like you suggested.
