cRestField does not support DateTime columns

Use a cRestField against a datetime column (DF_DATETIME), you get a null value in the output.

Framework should support datetime columns, and export the member value using proper default json datetime format.

We should also be able to specify a custom datetime format, for cases when non ISO dates are used by 3rd party.
