With all the fuzz on the failing builds I didn't realize lerna failed to cut a new major release.
In the meantime angular released v17.3.
In this PR angular and its ecosystem is update to the latest version. Also peer dependencies are updated.
A commit containing as
BREAKING CHANGEfooter is present but i still expect lerna to fail cutting a major version. In any case after the automated release I'll cut a manual major version to align angular's v17.3.0
