doc(DRC-1952): Add section of Snowflake Key Pair Authentication

Summary

This PR adds support documentation for Snowflake Key Pair Authentication in addition to the existing password-based authentication method.

Changes

• connect-to-warehouse.md: Added comprehensive documentation for Snowflake Key Pair authentication
  • Reorganized Snowflake section to clarify two authentication methods are supported
  • Split field tables into: Common Fields, User & Password Authentication, and Key Pair Authentication
  • Added new fields: private_key, private_key_passphrase
  • Included reference link to Snowflake's official key pair authentication documentation
  • Improved table formatting for better readability (also applied to Databricks section)
