Rewrite wiki in English, reflecting the current desktop-only app Fresh technical wiki for the current state: removes obsolete pages (Contribution-Pipeline, Token-Pipeline), drops the Spanish marketing pages (now in the README), and documents what the app actually does today: desktop-only Tauri, SQLite/SQLCipher, local ONNX inference, optional local llama.cpp LLM for report prose, model interface (bring your own model), pluggable clinical guidelines, and the security/privacy model.
