Add support for Deebot Mini (55uoqe)

Add basic support for Deebot Mini (family 55uoqe), which seems to works similar to OZMO T8 AIVI (x5d34r).

By testing it on my Home Assistant OS, all basic features are working (data from latest cleaning are all 0s because I tested "area cleaning" via a custom component, which does not appear to work with this model):
