Describe the issue

Need to fix and update my code:

• <a href="https://qlty.sh/gh/DefinetlyNotAI/projects/Logicytics"><img src="https://qlty.sh/gh/DefinetlyNotAI/projects/Logicytics/maintainability.svg" alt="Maintainability" /></a> should be the new badge code replacing the outdated one in the readme
• Fix codeql, its bugged up completely
• Make sure all code is scanned and fixed, and all deps are updated correctly
• Update the workflow for invalid issue tags to the new tag: OLD=progress:invalid NEW=issue/Invalid
