Assembling the robot

The robot comes in three configurations:

  1. Fully-assembled configuration- The robot doesn't require any post assembly.
  2. Semi-assembled configuration- The robot comes in 4 pieces (base, column, arm and hand). This requires minimal assembly, please refer to the assembly guideline below for the instructions.
  3. Unassembled configuration- The robot comes without any assembly, kindly follow the guidelines or watch the assembly video, if at any point something feels difficult to assemble, contact us since it had been designed for a seemless experience and any brutal force can cause damage to the part.

Semi-assembled Assembly :

  1. Insert the lead screw assembly, into the base and tighten the 4 screws.
  2. Insert the arm into the screw and start turning the screw.
  3. Insert the rods into the base through the arm.
  4. Insert the column top C3 hammer lightly the bearing from the top.
  5. Push the lock spring to hold the bearing.
  6. Place C4 and tighten the screws.
  7. Connect the black servo cable on the left side of the robot and pass it through the cable channel.
  8. Attach the cable channel to the base with the 2 6 mm screws.
  9. Connect the LED connectors and place the cover through the column.
  10. Screw the 8mm screw at the rear side.
  11. Move to first setup
