This is a relatively large PR, since it's hard to further split.
RT_MATRIXto solve the complicated function arguments, includingRU, RD, TU, TD...xa, xb, caca, cbcbare needed for computing R/T matrices. In this PR, I extended structGRT_MODEL1Dto include those quantities, therefore greatly simplified the function arguments.a/btoa * (1.0/b)(in part).
