Simplify function arguments in
(static_)layer.c/handkernel_template.h.Recently I made some code simplification and refactoring in several PRs, mostly move the variables into the C struct. I think there should be a balance (I don't know, still learning....), and extremely simplification will only increase the subsequent maintenance costs, extension capabilities, and readability. It is good if the overall structure of the code remains in a good framework.
